This type of food is characterized by its dry spicy flavour and also cured/smoked ingredients. Unfortunately, one of my friends who I went with doesn’t have a high spice tolerance, so we did not order that many spicy dishes. It was still an incredible meal. But I need to pay another visit to experience the true flavours.
Yum! Started with the green scallion pancake and then had the braised pork belly. The pancake was light and crispy, not what I was expecting, but it was very good. The pork belly came with mushrooms and quail eggs. An interesting, delicious combination. I love this place. It may seem pricey but remember tip is included in the pricing.
FAR superior to Ollie’s’just down the street. We eat Suzchuan all the time and we really like this place. This is a NO tipping restaurant which is a new trend. We ate for 2 for 68! Yummy place......The best food and the red wine was great!
